Steps
- 1Wet the outer rim of a chilled highball glass with grapefruit juice and dip it in salt.
- 2Shake the vodka, grapefruit juice, syrup and bitters with a tiny pinch of salt and ice.
- 3Strain into the glass filled with fresh ice.
- 4Garnish with a grapefruit wheel.
