- Lemon juice25 ml
- Simple syrup15 ml
- Egg white(optional)15 ml

Steps
- 1Add bourbon, lemon juice, syrup and egg white (if using) to a shaker without ice.
- 2Shake hard for 10 seconds to build the foam.
- 3Add ice and shake again for 10 seconds.
- 4Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- 5Garnish with a cherry.
