Bourbon, fresh mint and crushed ice in a frosted cup: cooling, sweet and unmistakably Southern.

1. 1Gently muddle the mint with sugar and water in a julep cup or rocks glass.
2. 2Fill with cracked ice and add the bourbon.
3. 3Stir well until the glass frosts.
4. 4Garnish with a mint sprig.
